Implement National Guo Ⅳ Standard on July 1

为推进机动车污染减排，改善大气环境质量，根据《国务院关于印发国家环境保护“十二五”规划的通知》（国发[2011142号）、《国务院关于加强环境保护重点工作的意见》（国发[2011]35号）和《国务院关于印发“十二五”节能减排综合性工作方案的通知》（国发[2011]26号）要求，《关于实施国家第四阶段车用压燃式发动机与汽车污染物排放标准的公告》（2011年第92号）要求分步实施机动车国四标准。公告中提出”鉴于目前满足国四标准需求的车用柴油供应仍不到位，严重制约国四标准实施进度。

Starting from July 1, 2013, the requirements in national Guo IV standard must be complied by all automobiles and auto using engines of pressurizing combustion type in manufacturing, import, sales and kept in registration book. As for it, the Deputy General Secretary, China Association of Internal Combustion Engine Industry, and the Deputy General Secretary, Engines Branch, China Association of Automobile Industry, Ms. GE Hong has said, the Associations will strongly and firmly support the implementation of national emission standard of Guo IV.
