摘要
大部分齿轮的齿部加工是在热处理前完成的,而不可避免的是会有齿部的热处理变形。作为齿轮齿部精度中一个重要的指标——齿形,其精度高低将直接影响齿轮的承载能力、传动品质和使用寿命。我们可以在剃齿的时候用补偿的方法来应对热处理变形,即根据热处理变形量对剃齿齿形进行修形处理,热后齿廓收缩的区域可在热前将齿廓加工的大一些,而热后扩张的区域可在热前加工的小一些。
Most of machining for the gear tooth was completed before heat treatment, but inevitably there was heat treated tooth deforma- tion. As an important index-tooth form of gear tooth precision, the hearing capacity of the transmission quality and serviced life of gear were directly affected by its precision. The heal treatment defotreation couhl be deah with the shaving of tooth with compensation method. Namely according to the heat treatment deformation, the gear tooth form was modified and treated. The region of heat shrinkage after tooth profile pro- cessing can be larger before heating, while the thermal expansion region can he processed smaller before heating.
