摘要 人机工程在汽车产品设计过程中越来越被人们重视,在汽车制造中得到广泛地应用。在汽车装配设计的前期通过应用人机工程,能够避免难以装配的缺陷,及时发现并纠正错误,达到优化工艺的目的,从而为企业缩短设计周期ous,降低开发成本。笔者详细阐述了人机工程在总装SE仿真中的重要性和必要性,以及总装人机工程主要分析的内容,最终实现让员工更舒适、更安全、更高效地完成装配,保证产品装配质量。 Ergonomics engineering in the process of automobile product design has been received more and more attention and widely used in automobile manufacturing. Through the application in automobile assembly design of the ergonomics engineering, assembly defects with dif- flcuhies could be avoided, timely discovered and corrected mistakes, so as to achieve the objective of the optimization process, thus for enter- prise shorten the design cycle and reduced development costs. The importance of ergonomics engineering in assembly simulation of Simuhane- nus engineering (SE) and the necessity were expounded, as well as to the main content of assembly and ergonomics engineering analysis. Ul- timately let slaff more comfortable, more safely and more efficiently to complete assembly, and ensuring the quality of product assembly is achieved.
