摘要
为了适应水运事业的发展,满足营运需要,采取更换橡胶护舷实现码头的改造是一项有效的措施。但是型号不同的橡胶护舷,其安装用的螺栓规格、数量与间距也不同,在施工中用什么方式安装新配置的橡胶护舷至关重要。本文介绍了一种以"定位板"结构安装的鼓型橡胶护舷,此装置的特点是在施工中对在营码头不会造成伤害,又可以节省施工时间,已在深圳市中石化大鹏湾油库码头西泊位更换橡胶护舷的施工中应用,效果很好,是一个成功范例,具有推广价值。
Abstract: In order to adapt to the development of water transport industry and satisfy the requirements of working, through replacing the rubber fenders to realize the refnrna of wharf is assumed to be an effective measure. However, the models of rubber fenders were varied, therelbre, the size, quantity and distance of the bolts for their installation were different as well. Thus, the way to install newly-equipped rubber fenders was very erucial. A new way to install drum rubber fender-- "Positioning Plate Structure" was described. The characteristics of this deviate were not only brought no harm to the working wharf, but also saved a lot of time in working. It has been applied in the replace- ment of West Berth's rubber fenders in Shenzhen Sinopee Dapeng Bay wharf at oil terminals, and has achieved goud effects. So as a successful example, it is worth being promoled.
