摘要
我国旅游饭店业在经历了供不应求的良好市场形势之后，现在面临着极其严峻的危机，供求矛盾严重。本文从供应与需求两个方面，对造成这种矛盾的原因进行了具体的分析，旨在找准“病根”，采取相应措施，以促进我国旅游饭店业的健康发展。
After the tourist hotel industries in our country reached the favorable market situation of demand exceeding supply, they have come to a serious crisis: a critical contradiction between supply and demand. This thesis provides a detailed analysis of the causes that have brought about this contradiction. Both the supply side and the demand side are examined. In ibis way, the root cause of the contradiction can be exposed and the proper action to correct it can be explained. The key is to understand the problem so that the best way to develop and promote a healthy tourist hotel industry in our country can proceed.
