摘要
目的观察尿激酶联合依达拉奉治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择住院的进展性脑梗死患者60例,治疗组30例应用尿激酶联合依达拉奉,对照组30例给予低分子肝素钙,二组其他治疗相同。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)明显下降。结论尿激酶联合依达拉奉治疗进展性脑梗死安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of urokinase combined with edaravone in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 60 cases of progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with low -molecular- weight heparin, and treatment group was treaed with urokinase and edaravone. Results General effective rate in treatment group（90.0%） was superior to control group（70.0%） （P〈Q0.01）. There was an apparent different in C- reactive protein （CRP） between the groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combination of urokinase with edaravone is effective and safe in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.
