摘要
针对否定中国海洋文化的错误观点 ,阐述中国海洋文化的内涵、外延 ,用史实论证中国自古就有海洋文化 ,曾几度位居世界前列 ;针对海洋文化建设成为当今世界热点 ,开发、利用海洋成为新世纪国际竞争制高点 ,分析中国海洋文化建设于近代滞后的缘由 。
WT5”BZ]The connotation and extension of Chinese Oceanic Culture are discussed in the first part of the paper,and then, the successes of Chinese oceanic civilization achieved from time immemorial and the reason of its lagging development today are analyzed in detail. Finally, the importance of oceanic culture advance and the objects of their construction are dealt with.
