摘要
以多晶硅生产过程中产生的废弃物四氯化硅为原料,在一定条件下,在保护气体(如惰性气体氮气)的保护下,将四氯化硅与等量的硅酸钠溶液同时滴定到放有氯化钠溶液的容器中,调节溶液pH至4左右,搅拌30 min后停止搅拌,转移沉淀物,漂洗至pH到7,抽滤、烘干即可得到粉状白炭黑。本文的创新点是在总结前人制备纳米白炭黑的基础上,研制出利用双水解的方法制备纳米白炭黑。
Regarding waste silicon tetrachloride as raw materials,which is generated in the process of polysilicon production,under certain conditions,in the protection of protective gas(such as the inert gas nitrogen),titrating sodium chloride solution with silicon tetrachloride and an equal amount of sodium silicate solution,adjusting the value of pH to about 4,stopping stirring after stirring for 30 min,transferring the precipitate,rinsing until the pH to 7,after purification and drying,we can obtain powdery white carbon black.The new idea and innovative point lie in the following: a new method of double Hydrolytic in prepration of nanometer white carbon black is developed based on the summarize of preparation methods of it.
