摘要
采用钢铁企业自身排放的白渣和热闷渣为组分调节材料,在实验室内开展了转炉钢渣的高温重构试验,研究了组分调节材料组成及重构温度对转炉钢渣胶凝性能的影响。试验结果表明,转炉钢渣经高温重构后,胶凝活性得到了显著的提高,可达到甚至超过GB/T 20491-2006中所规定的一级钢渣粉的标准;相较处理温度和掺量,组分调节材料的比例对重构钢渣7 d和28 d的胶凝活性影响最为显著;综合7 d和28 d的活性指数,最佳的重构条件是组分调节材料中白渣的质量分数为60%~70%、重构温度为1000℃和复合组分调节材料的掺量为60%~70%。
Effects of the composition of adjusting materials,composed of electric furnace slag and tanktype hot disintegration slag,and reconstruction temperature on cementitious properties of steel slag in laboratory were investigated in this research.Results show that the reconstruction of steel slag can improve its cementitious property remarkably,which can meet the standard of the first grade steel slag powder according to Chinese National Standards GB/T 20491-2006.The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal tests: ratio of electric furnace slag to adjusting materials 60%-70%,reconstruction temperature 1000 ℃ and ratio of adjusting materials to reconstructed steel slag 60%-70%.
