摘要
把不同配合比的混凝土及水泥净浆样品浸泡在超纯水中,通过比表面积分析仪定期检测样品的微观孔结构,研究在自然浸泡环境下粉煤灰对水泥基材料孔结构的影响。结果发现:自然浸泡环境下,水泥基材料的溶蚀作用明显,随着浸泡龄期的增长,孔体积增大;掺入粉煤灰,混凝土孔结构的发展受到粉煤灰使混凝土密实和溶蚀使孔结构劣化的双重作用影响,180 d时,粉煤灰对孔结构有利的因素起主导作用,混凝土的孔进一步细化,孔结构得到改善,浸泡270 d后,水的溶蚀作用比较明显,混凝土的孔隙率增大。
Different mix proportions of concrete samples were soaked in ultrapure water,microscopic pore structure through periodic testing of the specific surface area analyzer samples to study the impact of fly ash concrete pore structure in the natural soak environment.The results showed that: The dissolution of the concrete was obvious in natural soak environment,the concrete pore volume increases with the growth of soaking the age;the development of the pore structure was influenced by fly ash and deterioration,Fly ash on the pore structure favorable factors played a leading role at 180 d,the pore structure has been improved,The dissolution of the water plays a dominant role at 270 d,the pore structure was deterioration.
