摘要
本文以伊斯兰教经训为基础,对其人才理念和成才之道作了初步的探讨。本文认为,伊斯兰教是一个十分重视人才培养的宗教。《古兰经》要求穆斯林们尊重学者、尊重教师、鼓励求知,并将求知与信仰结合在一起,赋予了学习与人才神圣的宗教意义。
Based on the Islamic scriptures, the paper explores the talent concepts and ways to success in Islam. And it proposes that Islam is a religion which attaches great importance to talent cultivation. The Qur＇ an requires Muslims to respect scholars and teachers, encourages people to seek knowledge and combines learning with belief, which obviously endows sacred religious significance with learning and cultivation of talents.
