摘要
从业人员素质低下 ,是制约乡镇企业持续发展的重要原因。提高乡镇企业人员的总体素质 ,应该从改革企业产权制度、加强企业培训工作、建立良好的用人机制。
The low quality of the employed is an important reason that constrains the sustained development of village and township enterprises.To enhance the quality of the employed in all respects,these measures should be carried out-reforming the enterprise's property rights institution,enhancing its training operations,setting up favorable mechanisms of personnel placement,strengthening social support services,etc.
