摘要
通过介绍电磁辐射对人体的危害,阐述了发展电磁屏蔽织物的重要性,混纺型电磁屏蔽织物的特点,及电磁屏蔽织物基本屏蔽原理。通过总结最新文献,综述了导电纤维含量、紧度、组织结构、厚度等因素对织物屏蔽作用的影响规律,并针对各因素提出进一步研究观点。最后,总体概括了影响机制的研究进展与不足,提出设计丰富的织物参数,结合纱线和织物微观、宏观结构特征是未来混纺型电磁屏蔽织物影响机制的研究趋势。
The harm of electromagnetic radiation to human body is discussed to reveal the significance of developing electromagnetic shielding fabric.The characteristics of blended type electromagnetic shielding fabric are summarized,the basic shielding principle is also discussed.The present status of effect rule and mechanism of main influence factors on fabric are summarized,including conductive fiber content,tightness,organization structure,thickness.The further study on each factor are put forward.Finally,the overall research progress and problems are summarized.The trend of research are proposed,such as design rich fabric parameters,combining the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of yarn and fabric.
