摘要
私募股权投资基金作为一种成熟的投资工具,是目前国际上除银行和IPO之外最流行的融资方式。在我国,私募股权投资基金的发展一直很缓慢,主要原因在于相关监管工作还存在"与监管有关的立法工作未能与时俱进"、"监管的体系化建设滞后"、"缺少完善的准入条件、退出机制和信息披露制度"、"行业协会的监管作用不明显"等问题。为了解决这些问题,我们必须采取有效措施,优化我国金融资本市场结构,完善相关监管体系,以便私募股权投资基金在我国能快速、健康地发展。
Private Equity fund as a mature investment tool,is the most popular financing method with the exception of bank and IPO in today＇s world.In our country,the development of Private equity fund in China has been slow in coming because the relevant regulatory legislation failed to keep pace with the times,the construction of regulatory system lagged,the market access,exit mechanisms,and the disclosure systems are still incomplete,and the supervision from industrial association is not effective.So effective measures should be taken to solve these problems to optimize the structure of Chinese financial capital market,improve and complete relevant regulatory and supervising system,so that the private equity fund will have a rapid and health development.
