Consequence of Capital Embodied Technological Change to Chinese Growth

摘要中国技术进步是否存在特殊性是中国增长可持续性研究的关键。通过改进增长核算模型并结合对产出的调整和要素估算,发现中国技术进步的确存在特殊性。以投资为主的体现式技术进步是技术进步的主要形式,对增长贡献高达28%,中性技术进步贡献则严重不足。但是中国体现式技术进步与美国等西方国家相比并无突出优势,且难以实现战略赶超。因此加大研发投入,实现创新型增长仍然是中国发展的必由之路。 There is always a hot disputation about the consequence of the technological change to Chinese growth.This paper re-estimates and adjusts the factors' input and output data and find that the consequence of the capital embodied technological change to GDP is 28%.As a result,Chinese technological change is a special capital embodied type.However,the consequence of the neutral technological change is vital to Chinese sustainable development.
