摘要
应用ANSYS软件对超出GB150设计规定范围的压力容器大开孔局部进行有限元分析,得到该局部较为精确的应力分布图和最大等效应力值。运用ANSYS优化工具对筒体壁厚、接管壁厚、补强圈宽度、补强圈厚度进行优化设计,得到的参数满足设计条件(材料许用应力)下的最小值,即为最节约材料、最经济合理的设计方案。对压力容器大开孔补强的分析设计起指导作用。
The local large opening of a pressure vessel which is beyond the design provisions of GB150 was analyzed by the use of ANSYS software,more accurate stress distribution pattern and the maximum equivalent stress value of this local were obtained.The thickness of the cylinder and the tube wall,the width and thickness of the reinforcement pad were optimized by using the optimizing tool of ANSYS,and then the minimum value of parameters above which meet the design conditions(admissible stress of the material) can be got,which is the most material-saving and economic design scheme.This method provides a useful guidance for the analysis and design of the large opening of a pressure vessel.
