摘要
针对煤矿井下化学降尘试剂添加设备存在体积大和添加精度低等不足,研究了一种矿用无动力液体自动添加装置。运用试验分析方法对液体自动添加装置的结构、密封形式和材料3个方面的关键技术展开优化研究。实验室试验表明装置的添加精度受各种因素的影响较小,在不同进水压力、进水流量、不同添加介质时的添加误差仅为5%。
For the bulky and low add precision of mine chemical automatically device,it develops a new device of automatical add device.It optimizes the structure and seale and material of the automatically device by methods of test analysis.The tests showed that the added accuracy of the device by a variety of factors in different water pressure,water flow,add different add media error is only 5%.
