摘要
利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS/Explicit,建立了有限元分析模型,分析了自复式防爆门在爆炸载荷作用下的应力和应变情况。通过适当选取材料的本构关系,可以真实模拟材料的受力变形情况。结果表明在瓦斯爆炸时,防爆门在冲击波作用下,各组成部分强度完全在设计范围内,最大变形发生在防爆门门板中间部位,其变形量都在弹性变形范围内,这对防爆门的结构设计和优化具有指导意义。
The finite element model is established using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS/ Explicit and the stress and strain of self-recovery explosion door were analyzed.The stress deformation of materials could be simulated by selecting proper material constitutive relations.The results show that the strength of explosion door fully in the scope of design under the shock wave of gas explosion.The maximum deformation occurred in the middle part of the explosion-proof door and its deformation is within the elastic deformation,which have guiding significance for the structural design and optimization of the explosion door.
