摘要
以CMM4-20锚杆钻车为研究对象,采用Solidworks建立了主要零部件及整机的三维模型,在ANSYS Workbench中建立了有限元分析模型,使用Lanczos法对整机的自由模态进行了计算,计算了该型锚杆钻车的自激励频率并与固有频率进行对比,避免了共振,识别了该锚杆钻车结构的薄弱环节,为后续的改进设计提供了理论依据。
The dynamic characteristics of the CMM4-20 underground drill rig were studied.Solidworks was used to setup 3D geometrical model of each component and whole machine.Adopting the Block Lanczos method in ANSYS Workbench,the free-free modal computations have been conducted.Then,the weak points of the structure were identified.Pumping frequency have been calculated and compared with the natural frequency,the rig was prevented from sympathetic vibration.This will provide reliable evidence for the optimization design of the drill rig’s structures.
