摘要
针对组合夹具基础板的特点,运用Mastercam9.1软件对零件进行二维轮廓绘制,巧用图层设置,确定加工工艺,生成加工刀具轨迹,经后处理生成NC代码,结合宇龙仿真软件,对零件加工刀具轨迹和机床运动进行仿真加工,可直观看到刀具动作和材料切除,验证加工质量和正确性,同时也直观看到加工过程中的冗余动作,有助于NC代码和加工工艺的优化。
According to characteristic of baseplate of combined clamp,applying Mastercam 9.1 to draw two dimensinal contour for components,using layer setting masterly,determining the processing technology,producing tools path,then generating the NC code.In this way,combining with Yulong simulation software,tool operation and process of cutting material can be observed visually.Also it is easy to verify the part grogram and process quality and find redundant operation in process.All there are helpful for optimizing the NC code and the processing technology.
