摘要
根据孔加工的特点,调用数控系统的固定循环指令以简化复杂的编程,方便快捷地完成零件的孔加工,以FANUC数控系统为例着重介绍了固定循环指令的格式、基本动作、应用技巧及注意事项并结合实例详解了这些指令在实际编程中的应用。
According to the holes drilling of the parts,to use the mixing loop instructions to simplify the complex programming,It can complete the milling holes drilling of the parts easily and quickly.This paper takes the FANUC CNC system as an example,introduce the instruction format,application skills and the matters needing attention of mixing loop command,finally this paper explains that how to use these instructions in the practical application detailed.
