摘要
通过对椭圆和抛物曲线零件的数控车削加工来研究圆弧插补逼近非圆曲线的应用。计算非圆曲线上任一点的曲率半径R值,解决圆弧逼近非圆曲线的难点。采用HNC-21华中数控系统中的变量和复合循环指令来编写加工程序,并在数控车床上进行加工验证。车削加工非圆曲线时,运用圆弧逼近法可以提高编程效率,获得较高精度的表面加工质量。从而阐述了圆弧逼近法在非圆曲线类零件数控车削加工中的优势。
Based on elliptic and parabolic curve parts of the numerical control turning processing to study the circular arc interpolation approximation of non-circular curve application.Calculation of noncircular curve of the office a little curvature radius R value,solve arc approximation of non-circular curve difficulties.Using HNC-21 Huazhong NC system of variable and the compound cycle instructions to write program,and in the numerical control lathe in machining verification.Turning processing noncircular curve,using the circular arc approximation method can improve programming efficiency,to get a high precision surface machining quality.Thus this paper expounds the circular arc approximation method in the non-circular curve parts the numerical control turning processing the advantages.
