摘要
在数控铣削加工中,经常会遇到轮廓倒角或者倒圆的加工。由于刀具的中心轨迹和曲线轮廓的相对位置在不断变化中,因此采用普通宏程序编程加工会影响零件的加工精度。而使用可编程参数输入指令G10指令,将刀具轨迹与加工轮廓之间的不重合量用变量补偿G10指令表示,就可以有效地解决这一问题。以具体的椭圆外轮廓倒圆与倒角加工为例,来说明用程序输入刀具补偿值(G10)结合宏程序加工此类零件的具体应用。
In the NC milling,often encounter the contour’s chamfering or rounding processing.However,because of the cutting tool center path and the curved contour of the relative position are in constant change,so use common macro programming processing will affect the machining accuracy of parts.To use of programmable parameters input instruction G10 command,The tool path and machining contour between amount of coincidence with variable compensation G10 instruction expressed,this can effectively solve this problem.Specific to the elliptical profile rounding and chamfer’s processing as an example.That program input tool compensation value(G10) combined with macro program processing such parts of the specific application.
