采煤机变频单元远程监控系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高采煤机工作状态的可靠性及其监控,基于WinCC组态平台,对采煤机变频单元远程在线监控系统进行了设计,通过实验室试验、工厂试验,并将该系统应用于采煤机变频单元的远程监控。运行结果表明,该系统保证了采煤机变频单元的高效、安全运行。 In order to improve the reliability of working condition and monitoring in the shearer,based on WinCC configuration platform,design conversion unit remote monitoring system of the shearer,through laboratory tests,factory tests,and the system is applied to the shearer remote monitoring of the inverter unit.The results show that: The system to ensure efficient and safe operation of the shearer inverter unit.
