摘要
通过分析普通钻机的液压系统,采用负载敏感技术,结合钻机所需的各种工况,设计出了ZYWL-6000履带式联动钻机的液压系统。经过实验室性能测试和现场工业性试验表明:该钻机能够实现各执行器之间的联动动作,满足钻孔工艺的各项要求,该系统具有更高的效率和更好的节能效果。
Through the analysis of the hydraulic system of ordinary drilling rig,using the load sensitive technology,taken account of all kinds of required load condition,the design is out of the hydraulic system of ZYWL-6000 crawler linkage drilling rig.The result of laboratory performance test and field industrial test show that the drill can realize the linkage action between the actuators to meet the requirements of drilling process,the system has higher efficiency and better energy-saving effect.
