双齿辊破碎机是煤矿中广泛使用的破碎设备。针对目前双齿辊破碎机能耗高、可靠性低、过粉碎严重等问题,从齿辊型式的设计、辊齿结构的设计和破碎机齿辊主轴和罩体间的密封等3个方面进行了研究和探讨,并提出了改进设想,对问题的解决具有一定的指导意义。

Double teeth roll crusher is a kind of crushing equipment widely used in coal mine.Based on the high energy consumption,low reliability and heavily crushing of double teeth roll crusher,study and discussion were made in the design of tooth roller type,roller tooth structure design and the sealing between the crusher roller spindle and the cover body,and some improvement suggestions were put forward which has a certain guiding significance of solution to the problem
