摘要 介绍了西门子通信模块CP340与温度巡检仪的ASCII码通信方法,提出了只用一块CP340模块轮询多块温度巡检仪的方案,并给出了应用实例。矿用主通风机电机温度监控的现场实际应用表明,提出的方案能够实现对风机的电机温度、电参数、开关柜状态等的远程监测和控制,不仅降低了成本,而且使系统更加简洁有效,方便了电机温控系统的现场应用与维护。 The communication methods about the Siemens communication module CP340 and the ASCII-code of temperature instruments are introduced in this paper.A new design scheme is proposed which can be achieved only by using a CP340 module polling block temperature logging devices.In addition,application examples are given in this paper.The actual application of the main fan in mine which monitors the motor temperature shows that the new scheme put forward in this paper can do remote monitoring and contol on the fans’ motor temperature,electrical parameters as well as switchgear’s condition.It can not only reduce the costs,but also make the system more simple and effective.Futhermore,it becomes convenient for on-site application and maintenance of the motor temperature control system.
