摘要
为了能够直观、高效地测量煤矿井下浮游煤尘的浓度,准确及时地反映接尘人员吸入的呼吸性煤尘质量和采掘作业场所中煤尘的污染状况,设计一种基于红外光吸收法的煤尘测量装置,采用本安电路和恒流量控制的采样泵,对煤矿井下及其他含有爆炸危险性气体的作业场所可吸入性粉尘颗粒进行高效测量。该装置能快速直观地显示测量结果,并且具有串口通信、数据存储、打印接口等功能。将煤尘检测获得的数据结果用于煤矿井下的防尘治理,及时采取相应的防尘措施,有现实的意义。
In order to directly and efficiently measure the floating coal dust concentration in coal mine,timely and accurately reflect the quality of respiratory dust and the degree of pollution in coal mine,have designed a kind of dust concentration measuring device based on the method of infrared absorption.The measuring device uses the intrinsically safe circuit and the sampling pump of the constant flow control.It can measure the inhalable dust in coal mine and other workplaces which are containing atmospheres with the risk of explosion effectively.The device can display the measurement results fast and intuitively and it has the function of serial communications,data storage,printing interface etc.The data obtained by the coal dust detection device,using for dust control in coal mine and timely taking appropriate measures,has practical significance.
