摘要
通过对煤矿井下采、掘工作面粉尘产尘工序和产尘地点进行分析,确定了采、掘工作面喷雾降尘系统的组成和形式。在实验室对采、掘面生产时的粉尘粒度分布和G型高压喷嘴在不同喷雾压力条件下的雾粒分布进行了测定,通过理论分析并结合试验结果,得到了最佳喷雾降尘工作压力。采用设计的喷雾降尘系统后,在最佳工作压力条件下,取得了理想的降尘效果,可为其他矿井的粉尘防治设计提供参考。
The system composition and form of spray dust suppression is determined by means the analysis of producing dust process and location in coal face and heading face.The dust and spray of G type high pressure spray nozzle at different pressure particle size distribution were measured in laboratory.Best spray dust suppression pressure is obtained combined with theoretical analysis and the dust particle size distribution.When the spray dust suppression system is adopted,dust pollution problem was effectively solved.The work can provide reference for other mine coal dust suppression.
