基于PLC的仿生型带式输送机在港口中的应用

摘要 针对港口带式输送机出现的打滑现象,将仿生增摩驱动滚筒用于带式输送机,增大了驱动滚筒与输送带间的摩擦力,并利用PLC对其进行带速实时监测,有效地避免了带式输送机的打滑现象,提高了经济效益,保证了安全生产。 The bionic friction-increasing driving drum was used in the belt conveyor,which mainly aimed at the slipping phenomenon of port belt conveyor.And the belt speed was tested by PLC realtimely.The friction between driving drum and belt increased obviously and the slipping phenomenon was avoided effectively.Both the economic benefit and safe production was realized.
