摘要
煤矿矿井提升机是矿井重要设备之一,针对传统矿井提升机设备采用继电器-接触器控制存在故障率高、故障点难寻等缺点,设计提出一种由组态王软件实时监控其工作状态,并通过PLC和变频器来控制提升机的方案。
Coal mine hoist is one of the most important equipments in the mines.In allusion to the disadvantage of a high failure rate and hard to find the fault point in the traditional mine hoist equipment that have dopts relay a contactor control.This paper puts forward to a scheme that monit-oring the working status through the software of KINGVIEW in real-time and controlling the hoist through the PLC and frequency converter.
