煤矿机电设备安全预警系统研究

Research on Safety Pre-warning System of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment in Coal Mine

为了预防由煤矿机电设备安全性不足引发的安全生产事故,在安全生产事故分析的基础上,提出了构建基于危险源辨识和报警的煤矿机电设备安全预警系统。该系统由用户层、功能层和数据支持层等3个部分构成,以实时健康状况监控数据,数据分析,预警信息发送、危险排查和处理4个环节的循环运作,形成煤矿机电设备安全管理工作的闭环系统。

In order to prevent the safety production accident caused by the lack of safety in mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine,base on the analysis of safety production accident,put forward to construct a safety pre-warning system of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine based on hazard identification and alarm.In order to realize four link cycle operation which is health data monitoring,dada analysis,pre-warning information sending and dangerous side and deal,this system is composed of there parts which is user layer,function layer and data support layer,then formed a closed loop system of safety management in mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine.
