疏水缔合羟乙基纤维素合成及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用大分子反应法将1-溴代十二烷引入到羟乙基纤维素的亲水分子链上,制备疏水缔合羟乙基纤维素(BHEC),通过单因素实验法得出最佳合成条件为:反应温度80℃,活化剂质量分数3.0%,羟乙基纤维素质量分数9.0%,疏水单体加量3.3%,反应时间5h。用红外光谱仪、黏度计和表面张力仪对产物进行结构表征和性能测试,结果表明:所制备的BHEC具有良好的增黏性、表面活性及驱油性能。 Dodecyl carbon chains were applied to the hydrophilic molecular chains of hydroxyethyl cellulose by the macromolecule reaction method to prepare hydrophobically associating hydroxyethyl cellulose(BHEC).The optimum conditions of synthesis have been gained through single factor experiment:reaction temperature was 80℃,the concentration of active agent was 3.0%,the concentration of HEC was 9.0%,the concentration of hydrophobic monomer was 3.3% and the reaction time was 5h.The structures and properties of the hydrophobical product were characterized by infrared spectrometer,viscosimeter and surface tension instrument.The results show that BHEC has good increasing viscosity and surface activity and oil displacing performance.
