摘要
以蓖麻油酸,硼酸,聚乙二醇(400)为原料,采用硼酸酯化法合成聚乙二醇(400)单蓖麻油酸酯。考察了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、物料摩尔比及水解时间对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,较优的实验条件为:聚乙二醇与硼酸反应合成聚乙二醇硼酸单酯的反应时间为2h,反应温度120℃;在蓖麻油酸与聚乙二醇硼酸单酯反应过程中,n(蓖麻油酸)∶n(聚乙二醇硼酸单酯)=3∶1,反应温度140℃,反应时间2h,催化剂用量为原料总质量的1%;硼酸酯键水解时间为2h。在此条件下,产物中聚乙二醇(400)单蓖麻油酸酯的含量可达93.1%,收率79%。
Castor oleic acid Polyethylene glycol(400)monoester was synthesized with boric acid esterification method by using Castor oleic acid,boric acid and Polyethylene glycol(400)as main materials.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,catalyst amount,molar ratio of materials and hydrolysis time on estertification reaction were investigated respectively.In the reaction process of polyethylene glycol with boric acid,the optional process conditions obtained are as follows:reaction time is 2h,reaction temperature is 120℃.In the reaction process of polyethylene glycol boric ester with Castor oleic acid,the optional process conditions obtained are as follows:n(castor oleic)∶n(polyethylene glycol boric ester)=3∶1,reaction temperature is 140 ℃,reaction time is 2h,the amount of catalyst is 1% of materials.Hydrolysis time of boric ester bond is 2h.Under these conditions,the content of polyethylene glycol(400)Castor oleic acid monoester in the product can reach 93.1%,while the product yield achieves 79%.
