THE SYNTHESIS OF 10-HYDROXYDECANOIC ACID FROM SEBACIC ACID OVER MESOPOROUS CARBON SUPPORTED RUTHENIUM

摘要 以Ru-Sn/MC为催化剂,研究癸二酸为液相催化加氢制备10-羟基癸酸反应工艺。结果表明,以水为溶剂,癸二酸水溶液浓度1.0%,催化剂用量为癸二酸质量的10%,NaOH与癸二酸摩尔比为0.5∶1,反应压力为5MPa,反应温度为230℃。在优化工艺条件下,癸二酸的转化率为84.8%,10-羟基癸酸的选择性为66.4%。 Catalytic hydrogenation of sebacic acid to 10-hydroxydecanoic acid over Ru-Sn/MC catalyst in water solution was investigated.Reaction parameters were optimized as follows:the concentration of sebacic acid was 1.0%,mass ratio of catalyst to sebacic acid was 10%,molar ratio of NaOH to sebacic acid was 0.5∶1,the reaction temperature was 230 ℃ and the hydrogen pressure was 5MPa.The results show that the conversion of sebacic acid of 84.8% with the selectivity of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid of 66.4% was obtained under the optimized reaction conditions.
