摘要
溪洛渡水电站泄洪消能具有落差大、流速高、流量大、泥沙多等特点,这对下游水垫塘底板及反弧面抗冲耐磨混凝土施工质量提出了极高的要求。为此,施工中进行了配合比优化,采用合理的施工工艺并规范施工,保证了施工质量和进度。现场检测表明,溪洛渡水电站水垫塘抗冲耐磨混凝土体形、表面平整度及外观质量控制优良。
The flood discharge in Xiluodu Hydropower Station has a high head, high speed and large llow and contains a lot of sediment, which make a high quality requirement on abrasion and erosion resistant concrete construction on the bottom plate and ogee surface of plunge pool. To this end, the construction quality and progress of abrasion and erosion resistant concrete are guaranteed by optimizing mix proportion ratio, using reasonable construction process and regulating the construction. The on-site testing shows that the controls on shape, surface roughness and external appearance of abrasion and erosion resistant concrete in the plunge pool are good.
