摘要
溪洛渡水电站三相组合式变压器共用一个油路系统,3个单相变压器通过母线连接箱实现油路和电路的连接。3个单相变压器油路的相连给变压器整体热油循环带来了问题,对溪洛渡水电站三相组合式变压器整体热油循环处理方案进行了研究,在条件允许的情况下,采用3台真空滤油机同时滤油能达到最佳的滤油效果。但由于溪洛渡水电站地下厂房空间条件限制及滤油设备情况限制,其主变压器滤油宜采用三相逐相热油循环的方式进行。
The three single-phase transformers of a main transformer in Xiluodu Hydropower Station share an oil system, and the oil circuit and electric circuit of three single-phase transformers are connected through a bus connecting box. This oil circuit connection brings up problem to hot oil circulation treatment of a main transformer. The hot oil circulation treatment schemes of three-phase site-combined transformer in Xiluodu Hydropower Station are researched. The results show that three vacuum oil filters working simultaneously can achieve best oil filtering, but due to limitations of spatial conditions and filtering equipments in Xiluodu underground powerhouse, the oil filtering of main transformer should be conducted by phase-to-phase hot oil circulating mode.
