摘要
针对溪洛渡水电站调速系统控制及调速器原有失电停机保护功能的缺陷提出了2种改进方案,即在溪洛渡电站调速系统中增加主动保护逻辑,实现调速系统失电时停机阀动作、机组导叶关闭、停机流程启动。溪洛渡水电站调速系统失电保护结构简单,动作可靠;在不影响机组正常工作的前提下,可以选择性投入和退出,有利于电站的安全运行和维护管理。
Two kinds of improvements are proposed for eliminating the defects in the control system and the power loss and shutdown protection of governing system in Xiluodu Hydropower Station. The active protection logic is added in origina] governing system to trigger shutdown valve action, guide vane closing and shutdown process start-up when the power of governing system is lost. The power loss protection in Xiluodu Hydropower Station is simple in structure and reliable in operation, and can be selectively put into or out of operation without affecting the normal operation of unit which is conducive to the safe operation and maintenance and management of power station.
