With the protection of natural resources and the enhancement of the ecological environment as its foundation, the development is the coordinated and balanced program of sustainable one of economy, ecology and society through the advance of science and technology and the improvement of the quality of the labaurers. Therefore, it is very important to improve the peasants' quality, which can only be achieved through education.
