摘要
《老子》内容博大精深,现代企业管理者应当结合现代企业管理的实践,从中吸取精华,培养求真、行善、崇美之品格,锻炼“反者道之动”之辩证思维,采取“无为而治”之管理原则和“水式”管理艺术,最终建构新的现代企业管理思想体系。
《Lao Zi》has extensive knowledge and profound scholarship. Morden Enterprise Maragementmay use many thoughts and principles of《Lao Zi》for reference,in order to develop the moral character oftruth,goodness and beauty,forge the dialectical thinking of 'Tao',adopt the management principle of 'Donothing'and art of 'Water's sample',then construct a new thought system of morden enterprise manage-ment.
