摘要 基于Regen软件对斯特林制冷机回热器进行了优化设计,分别对回热器长度、冷端压比、回热器填料网片目数和回热器填料填充方式进行了优化设计和试验研究。理论和试验研究发现,通过改变回热器填料网片目数和填充方式可以达到提高回热器效率的目的,同时研究还发现在相同目数下,采用更细的不锈钢丝作为回热器填料材料,可以提高回热器效率。 The design of regenerator of Stirling cryocooler was optimized based on REGEN, including these serial optimiza- tion of the length of the regenerator, the pressure ratio of expansion space, the mesh parameter and the regenerator packing form by using REGEN 3.3. The experiment on optimization was done. The paper found that changing the mesh parameter and the re- generator packing could improve the efficiency of the regenerator. While the same study also found that using a finer mesh of stainless as the regenerator packing materials, could improve the efficiency of the regenerator.
