摘要
采用超声波法(微波预处理)提取裙带菜中多糖,通过单因素考察和正交试验确定最佳工艺条件为:提取温度40℃,提取时间15min,超声波频率35.4kHz,料液比1:50。裙带菜多糖得率为6.98%,并对其吸湿保湿性能作了一定的研究。
In the extraction of polysaccharide from the undaria pinnatifida by ultrasonic wave (with the pretreatment of microwave) , the optimal technological conditions which were asserted through the single -factor experiment and orthogonal test: the extraction temperature of 40℃, the extraction time of 15 minutes, the ultrasonic frequency of 35 kHz and material to liquid ratio of 1 : 50, the yield of undaria pinnatifida polysaccharide was 6.98%. Besides, some research was did on the moisture absorption and moisture retaining of the polysaccharide.
