摘要
常减压装置各侧线油品换热后还有部分低温余热,需要经过循环水冷却降温后送入罐区,同时除盐水装置冬季原水需要使用大量蒸气加温至25℃左右,为了实现能源合理利用,根据低温余热回收利用策略,提出将除盐水用原水引入常减压装置油品水冷器,升温后返回除盐水原水箱前,经过实施技术改造,年可节约蒸气1.30万t,同时减少冷却用循环水127.87万t,合计年可节约成本336万元,节能效果及经济效益显著。
The more low temperature waste heat of distillation in our company crude unit after heat exchanging is cooled by circulating -water system, and is reused in oil depot. Otherwise, we also need the steam heating water that is used as raw materials in demineraiized water system to 25℃ in winter. So we use the water instead of circulating cooling water system, to save of 13000 tons of steam and to reduce the cooling circulating water 1278720 tons, totally saving the cost of 3.36 million yuan annually. It has been proved that the effect of energy - saving and economy is obvious.
