煤粉活化剂在邯钢焦化厂配煤炼焦过程中的试验研究

煤粉活化剂是一种新型炼焦助剂产品,外观呈乳白状液体,可以通过简单设备从焦化厂配煤车间添加到炼焦配合煤中。理论上,煤粉活化剂可以催化煤粉裂解,使煤的热分解特征发生变化,热解产物增加,热解温度区间增宽,胶质体生长时间延长,从而有利于改善配合煤的结焦性能,使焦炭的冷态强度和热态强度提高。邯钢焦化厂通过试验研究,在保证焦炭质量的前提下,添加极少量的煤粉活化剂,达到了降低优质炼焦煤、增加弱黏结性煤的配入量的目的,从而降低配煤炼焦成本的目标。
