摘要
19世纪威伦琴发现了X射线,最初被应用医学界确认中弹位置,随着时间的推移和科技的发展,该技术的理论被广泛应用在无损探伤检测领域。特别是对无缝钢焊接过程中的缺陷,如气孔、夹渣、裂纹、未焊透、未融合等检测效果显著。本文重点分析深圳机场新建输油管道施工、坡口焊接过程中,应用X射线探伤技术和工作原理,能够快速检测,是质量控制中安全保证的重要手段。
In the nineteenth Century Wei Roentgen discovered X - rays. It was originally used the medical profession to recognized shot position. With the passage of time and development of science and technology, the technology theory is widely used in nondestructive testing field. Especially for seamless steel welding process defects, such as pores, inclusions, cracks, lack of penetration, incomplete fusion detection effect. This paper focuses on the analysis of Shenzhen airport's new oil pipeline construction, groove welding process, the application of X ray flaw detection technology and the principle of work, can rapid detection, is an important means to guarantee the safety of quality control.
