摘要
临床路径能够保证并改进医疗质量,控制医疗成本和提高工作效率。结合收治患者的种类,编写了10种肾内科常见的临床路径,经过2年多的临床应用,证明其缩短了平均住院日,降低了人均费用,减少了医患纠纷。通过分析临床路径编写和实施过程中遇到的问题,探讨肾内科临床路径的特点。
The clinical pathway can ensure and improve medical quality, control medical cost and increase work etticiency. Based on the clinical practice, we established 10 types of clinical pathways in nephrology. After two years of application, the clinical pathways could reduce the average length of stay, medical cost, and enhance the satisfaction of patients. Through analysis of the problems in de- sign and practice of the clinical pathways, the characteristics of clinical pathways in nephrology department were discussed.
