摘要
针对曲轴圆角滚压过程中液压浮动卡盘与所夹持曲轴之间打滑失效的问题,依据Hertz接触理论,在大型通用有限元软件ANSYS中建立曲轴夹紧的有限元接触模型,分析卡盘夹持表面轮廓在曲轴圆角滚压过程中对曲轴所受夹紧力的影响。研究结果表明:卡盘夹持表面曲率半径是影响夹紧力的主要因素。对其进行优化之后,夹紧力可以提高两倍以上。
The contact finite element model of clamp framework was built in large universal finite element software ANSYS ac- cording to Hertz contact theory, to solve the slip failure between clamp framework and crankshaft in the crankshaft fillet rolling process, the influence of clamp framework surface contour to the clamp force between chuck and crankshaft was analyzed. The results show that: the radius of clamp framework is the primary factor which influences the clamp force between crankshaft and chuck. After optimization of it, the force is more than twice larger than before.
