摘要 针对目前的刷式(刮式)自清洗过滤器难于保证滤网的圆柱度,造成局部清污不彻底而影响其工作性能的缺陷,应广州某化工厂的要求,在分析国内外许多过滤器结构的基础上,开发了HBAF4Z-500型刮刀式自清洗过滤器,该过滤器的刮刀机构始终与滤网接触,通过用户使用证明,其使用效果良好,经河南省科技厅鉴定达到国内领先水平。文中介绍新研制过滤器的工作原理、结构和设计方法,该设计方法可以为自动过滤器设计与研究提供借鉴和参考。 Aimed at the defects on difficulty of cleaning thoroughly at local place and affecting the work performance because of the difficulty to guarantee the cylindricity of strainer for self-cleaning filters of the brush (scrap) type, the HBAF4Z-500 type of self- cleaning filters with scraper was developed to satisfy the customer of Guangzhou with requirements of a chemical plant, based on the analysis of many filter structure from domestic and abroad. During work process, the scraper structure was always contacted with strain- er for the filters, Through application of users, it is proved that the running effect is good in industrial operation. According to identifi- cation by the Department of Science and Technology in Henan Province, the research has achieved the domestic leading level. The working principle, structure and design method of the developed new type filter are introduced. The design method provides the refer- ence and guidance for researching and design of automatic self-cleaning filters.
