数控成形砂轮磨齿机的研制

摘要 针对硬齿面齿轮的加工,研制了数控成形磨齿机。该机床9轴数控,全闭环控制,操作简便、加工精度高。磨削砂轮采用大功率内装式主轴电机直接驱动,传动链短,刚性好。机床的关键轴C轴、X轴、Z轴采用静压导轨,消除了低速爬行现象。机床上安装有成形砂轮修整装置、自动对刀装置和测量装置,可实现在机砂轮修整、自动对刀和在机测量。 Aiming at the machining status of gear with hard face, CNC gear form grinding machine was developed. This machine has 9-axes CNC and closed-loop control, it is easy to operation and has high processing precision. The grinding wheel is driven by built-in spindle motor directly, so the spindle has short transmission chain and good rigidity. In the important axis such as C axis, X axis and Z axis, hydrostatic guide way was adopted, eliminating the low-speed creeping phenomenon. On the other hand, the ma- chine achieves the functions such as automatic wheel dressing, automatic knife set and work-piece measuring on line by installing a dressing device, knife-correction device and measurine device.
