机床主轴的一种新的校核算法

New Checking Algorithm of Machine Tool Spindle

摘要 机床主轴及其部件是机床结构中的关键部件,很多年来都是采用陈旧的设计方法。随着电控技术的迅速发展,新的驱动和传动结构的出现以及高速、高精加工的要求;迫切需要改进机床主轴及其部件的设计方法。首先从主轴轴径的设计公式入手,应用主轴稳定性原理,提出了主轴轴径的校核公式;基于主轴刚度的校核公式,根据国外研究的结果,提出了主轴刚度校核的具体精确的计算方法。 The Machine tool spindle and its parts are the key components of machine tool structure. For many years, outmoded design method was used. Along with the speedy development in electronic control technology, appeared of the new drive and transmis- sion structure, and in want of the high speed and high precision machining, improvement in design method of machine tool spindle and its parts was demanded urgently. First on the design formula of spindle diameter, by applying a principle of spindle stability, the check formula of spindle diameter was put forward. Based on the check formula of spindle rigidity, according to research results from abroad, an accurate calculation method of spindle rigidity check is put forward.
